Visitors with a registered Exquisite Wallets Account can track any order placed on our website directly from the My Orders section located in the Account Dashboard by clicking on the *View* Order Details Button or on the Order ID Number itself and pressing the *Track* Button.

Visitors without a registered Account may track their orders directly from the Order Shipped Email that we will send you once your Order Tracking Number is uploaded.

Alternatively, all visitors may use our Tracking Form by pressing the *GO TO TRACKING FORM* Button below to track their orders without needing to have access to their Order Tracking Number, Order Shipped Email or an Exquisite Wallets Account.

Here are all the ways to Track Your Order:

  • Directly from your Order Shipped Email – the email you received when your order was shipped will contain your Order Tracking Number, Shipping Carrier and a direct link to our tracking feed for your Order;
  • From the *My Orders* Account section – navigate to My Account ( Dashboard ) --> My Orders --> click on the *View* button next to the corresponding order or on the Order ID to view your full order details. Your order details will also contain the Order Tracking Number, Shipping Carrier and a *Track* button that will redirect you to our tracking feed for your Order;
  • Directly from our Tracking Form using your Order ID + Billing Email or Order Tracking Number – please press the *GO TO TRACKING FORM* button below to go directly to our Tracking Form.

Our Tracking Form allows you to track your order using your Order ID + Billing Email instead of your Order Tracking Number. You can find your Order ID in the confirmation email you received after placing your Order.
